The Regular and student fees include eligibility for oral or poster presentation, as well as full attendance at all sessions. The fees also cover all lunches and coffee breaks, the Welcome Reception, the Gala Dinner, and the Shimadzu Memorial Tour.
An accompanying person is a person who does not participate in the scientific aspects of the conference, but rather attends the social events (welcome reception, gala dinner, Shimadzu tour).
Please note that registration fees are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

Visa Application Policy
We regret to inform you that the conference organizer does not provide any assistance with obtaining travel visas. All participants are solely responsible for their own visa application and acquisition process. Please ensure you contact the relevant authorities in your home country and complete all necessary procedures at your own expense and responsibility.
Abstract Submission
- Abstracts must be submitted using the template found here
- Abstract acceptance will be submitted by May 31st, 2026
Participants must be registered for the conference to submit a presentation abstract.
