The Regular and student fees include eligibility for oral or poster presentation, as well as full attendance at all sessions. The fees also cover all lunches and coffee breaks, the Welcome Reception, the Gala Dinner, and the Shimadzu Memorial Tour.
An accompanying person is a person who does not participate in the scientific aspects of the conference, but rather attends the social events (welcome reception, gala dinner, Shimadzu tour).
The standard exhibitor 1 package provides a 0.9m x 1.5m booth space, which includes one table, two chairs, and basic 100V electrical access. Additionally, the fee covers name tags for an unlimited number of assistant staff per booth, granting them access to all exhibition areas and designated coffee breaks. However, only one designated person from the exhibitor team will receive a full registration pass, which includes comprehensive access to all conference sessions, all lunches and coffee breaks, the Welcome Reception, the Gala Dinner, and the Shimadzu Memorial Tour. Any other staff members wishing to attend the conference sessions are required to register separately for a "Full registration." Official website banner placement rights included.

Visa Application Policy
We regret to inform you that the conference organizer does not provide any assistance with obtaining travel visas. All participants are solely responsible for their own visa application and acquisition process. Please ensure you contact the relevant authorities in your home country and complete all necessary procedures at your own expense and responsibility.
Abstract Submission

Participants must be registered for the conference to submit a presentation abstract.
